A generous living and dining room

The front door opens into an entrance lobby and then into the main living and dining room: a large, comfortable space with seating, dining, a 55-inch TV, a flame-effect feature fire and doors out to the patio and garden.

It is designed to work as a proper shared room — somewhere for breakfast planning, slow dinners, films, games, reading and regrouping after the beach.

The newly fitted kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine with bean grinder, double-stacked air fryer and a breakfast bar with stools. It is also equipped with the practical tools that make self-catering easier, including scales, a hand blender and an electric whisk.

A door leads directly to the patio, so coffee, breakfast and outdoor meals are easy to manage.

Useful facilities, not just pretty rooms
